Nucleofill es un gel inyectable polinucleótido (PDRN) fabricado por Promoitalia (Italia), marcado con CE. Los polinucleótidos son fragmentos altamente purificados de ADN derivados del DNA del esperma de salmón salvaje; una vez inyectados, actúan como una 'llave' que encaja en el 'candado' receptor A2A adenosínico en las superficies celulares, activando la proliferación de fibroblastos, caminos antiinflamatorios, mejoramiento del microcirculación y reparación tisular.
