Why we carry Belotero

Belotero (Merz Aesthetics, Germany / Switzerland) is Merz's HA filler family with the Cohesive Polydensified Matrix (CPM) cross-linking — distinctive in that the cross-linking is variable-density throughout the gel rather than uniform. This produces tighter tissue integration, lower visibility under thin skin, and natural-looking softening at the gel-tissue boundary.

Clinical signature: the variable-density CPM gel makes Belotero the preferred HA for fine lines (perioral, periorbital), tear trough correction (under-eye), and any zone with thin skin where standard HA fillers show Tyndall effect (bluish discoloration when filler is too superficial). The downside: shorter duration than Vycross (Juvéderm) — typically 8–12 months for fine-line indications.

Pricing tier: premium. ฿12,000 / cc at Waleerat — slightly higher than Restylane reflecting the CPM-technology premium and the indication-specificity (tear trough + fine lines are higher-skill-required treatment zones). Patients with thin skin and visible Tyndall risk are routed to Belotero by default.
