A full-face Thermage FLX session is 60–75 minutes including topical anaesthetic and post-care. Add 30 minutes if you're combining with the neck (typical for patients 45+ where the neck softens before the face). For time-conscious professionals, we book Thermage in the late afternoon — you walk out at 5:30pm and go straight to a normal evening, no downtime.

One Thermage FLX session is the standard protocol — collagen remodelling continues for 6 months after the single treatment. Maintenance is once every 12–18 months, which is what the maintenance package is built around: locked-in pricing for the follow-up session at the 14–16 month mark. Patients who skip maintenance see results soften back over 24 months; patients who maintain hold the lift indefinitely.

Realistically — yes for the procedure itself, but plan a long lunch (90 minutes including parking + topical numbing). The treatment is comfortable enough that most professionals walk back to the office and finish their afternoon meetings. Skin may be mildly pink for 30–60 minutes post-session; for camera-facing roles (Zoom-heavy days, presentations), we recommend booking after-hours instead.
